This Running Triskele Knot is found throughout the Book of Kells (~8th Cent AD).  The Pattern is an intricate triskele design, which is split into two lines.

  It is a Classic Loveknot which repeats every three steps.  Representing the Past, Present and Future; Good luck for eternity.

  The two lines represent two souls following the same path.
